Product preparation
Machine – mix only at low speed (i.e 300–500 rpm). Proceed as follows to obtain an evenly distributed paste:
• Pour ¾ of the resin into a suitable container.
• Add the powder gradually in order to obtain a plastic consistency.
• Add the rest of the liquid and mix for 3 minutes.
• Leave to stand for several minutes to eliminate bubbles in the mixture.

Application
• DAVCO K11 FLEX is applied by brush or float.
• Apply a 1st coat allowing a rough but reasonable quantity of 1 to 1.5 kg/m2.
• Coats can be floated using a filler knife or stainless steel float.
• Mortar must be used within 1 hour of preparation.
• Possible covering materials: DAVCO K11 FLEX can be covered with tiling (swimming pools, toilets & baths), concrete topping (protection of high traffic areas against abrasion).
