Application Instruction
The subfloor must be clean, dry, strong and free from loose materials and foreign materials which may inhibit bond. The subfloor should be cleaned and ground thoroughly if necessary.

To ensure good adhesion and reduce air release from the subfloor, the subfloor must be primed with one or two coats of APO Power Primer Please refer to the separate technical data sheet of APO Power Primer).

APO Self Leveling Compound should be mixed using a suitable mixer. Use one bag of APO Self Leveling Compound with 6 to 6.5 liters of clean water. Slowly add ½ the bag of powder to the water while mixing vigorously and thoroughly and then add the remainder of the bag to the mix. Mix thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain a viscous, lump-free mixture. (Note: Do not add more water than prescribed as this will promote bleed and separation with a reduction in bond and strength).

Pour the mixture on the area to be applied, spread the material uniformly to required thickness using suitable toothed rake (range of thickness is 1 - 4mm). Remove trapped air bubbles using a spike roller.

Various flooring materials can be applied on it after it has become dry usually after 48 hours in dry weather.
